1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern use of Daksh Pro and its educational services.
2. Nature of Services
Daksh Pro provides educational and examination-preparation resources, including previous-year papers, test series, mock tests, study materials, explanations, and performance information.
3. Independent Platform and No Government Affiliation
Daksh Pro is an independent private educational platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the Allahabad High Court, any government department, examination authority, or other government body. Examination names, posts, acronyms, and related terminology are used only to identify examinations and preparation content.
4. No Guarantee of Selection or Examination Success
Daksh Pro resources are educational and preparatory. Daksh Pro does not guarantee selection, qualification, examination clearance, any particular rank or score, employment, or examination success. Outcomes depend on a candidate’s preparation and other factors, including the relevant examination requirements and conduct.
5. Educational Content, Accuracy and Examination Changes
Daksh Pro makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate educational content. Examination patterns, syllabi, dates, eligibility, and rules may change; official notifications may supersede platform information; and questions, answers, or explanations may occasionally contain errors or omissions. Users should verify important examination information from the relevant official source. Daksh Pro may update educational material when necessary.
6. User Accounts and Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information and using the platform lawfully.
7. Purchases, Pricing and Payments
Prices, discounts, and offers displayed at purchase apply to that transaction. Payment may be processed through configured payment providers.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Purchases, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the published Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Daksh Pro’s software, website design, original questions and test content, explanations, solutions, compilations, presentation, and other original educational material are protected where applicable. This does not claim exclusive ownership of official, government-origin, third-party, or public-source examination material merely because it is displayed on Daksh Pro.
10. Prohibited Activities
Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its security or operation, circumvent access controls, or unlawfully reproduce, republish, commercially distribute, resell, or bulk-scrape protected original content.
11. Service Availability and Changes
Temporary interruptions, technical problems, updates, or temporary inability to access content may occur. Daksh Pro may update services and educational material when reasonably necessary.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Daksh Pro is not liable for losses arising from temporary service interruption, technical issues, temporary inability to access educational content, or reliance on educational or practice materials. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Privacy
Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Suspension and Termination
Daksh Pro may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these Terms or unlawful misuse, subject to applicable law.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of Daksh Pro shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
16. Changes to These Terms
Daksh Pro may update these Terms when reasonably necessary. The current version is published on this page.
